Winter's finally fading!!

Yay! Just wanna celebrate cos i have the whole week off!! Only from school that is, cos i got work most of the week.
Me, my siblings and Shy decided to go to Town Centre today to basically get out of the house! LOL. And enjoy the greenery although it isn't really that warm outside, but at least the sun came for a bit. Better than being gloomy the whole day (:



The main reason for going into town was really to buy stuff for Shy's 18th birthday party invitations which I am assigned to design for LOL. I must say it's fun though i haven't really started them yet, i've only showed her the first draft and i think my mum is helping me out to design it 'effectively'. Yes. Effectively. It's cos i showed her my idea and she suggested to alter some bits.

But for now, the making of invitations will have to wait cos i got things to do myself, such as school work and of course, work. (:

The weather's rather annoying...

Days of snow can be fascinating in the eyes..but i'm sick of it now.
I haven't got school all week this week, meaning:
The Bad Things...

• time is shortened in learning CORE 4 in Maths
  
• missed the collection of my Art GCE exam paper
• ruined my plan in finishing my coursework final piece painting
• my bio trip got cancelled! :(
  
• staying at home is boriing.

The Not So Bad Things...

• no additional homeworks to do
• my skullcandy headphones come in handy as earmuffs :D
• can watch the films I bought that I haven't had time to watch before
• can go to the internet more often, but not often enough lol.

So basically, there's more bad side of things when it's snowingg. Well for my point of view at least.
I can't wait for summer to come! I want the sun back!

Pocket Full of Snow!

And I thought the winter is going to be over. I thought too soon :/ It's rather annoying when you have to wake up early (just been in a party the night before) then finding out the snow has invaded the scenery. The best of it was that several schools were closed, including mine :D And when you get the day off because of such cirsumstance, you can't help but to enjoy the whiteness and coldness outside...and add a bit of randomness as well. LOL.

When it's freezing cold and you're in the car waiting, you get bored. That's a fact. Lol. I was listening to music while waiting for my parents inside our car and these pics explains my boredom :D ...







Now I've come into a conclusion that I'm hating winter. I want summer back like now! I've had enough wrapping myself feeling heavy (haha) and especially the cold biting my skin..*sigh* I want the greenery, the icecream (i've also had enough drinking hot drinks, i've burnt my tongue drinking hot chocoloate the other day! lol), the warmth..yes! the warmth :)

NICKELBACK: Live at Sturgis

I bought the DVD the other day and well, what can I say when a band rocks live, they just rock! :D















I absolutely love 'Photograph' and 'Faraway' live. They're just one of those songs you can't help but to sing along to :) Chad's voice is just amazing. However, I'm bummed to know that their upcoming World Tour for their new album 'Dark Horse' this year is only in the USA and Canada! So much for a World Tour I should say...
